Just learning this song for this Christmas. Love the explanation Bradford. The scale explanation makes a lot of sense, and it is how I have been learning songs that our main church writes (we are a satellite congregation). Very useful to know how you approach learning songs. This kind of info has greatly sped up my practice times and made memorizing the songs easier.
