God of War | i7-6700 + RTX 3060 Ti [DX11]

Overall do you think is a good pair so far or there a few games you noticed a bottleneck? I'm still with my i7 6700 and a GTX 1060 6GB and thinking if I change everything or maybe just the GPU is enough for now.

The cracked version have much more CPU usage. A have same cpu and 2x16gb ram rtx2080 it's else to run it on low setting or ultra almost same fps on fullhd

No. This CPU is showing its age. The GPU and CPU usage shouldn't be that high at the same time. Usually you want your GPU to be more utilized than your CPU when gaming.

Wrong, the cpu usage doesn't matter in any way and doesn't show its age as long as the gpu is maxed out. There have been plenty of games even since much earlier times that could make 4/8 cpus have a very high usage. It's because games have been long taught how to fully saturate 4 cores. What shows its age is low fps. 80 fps average? I doubt it's too "aged".

@@HeartOfAdeII If the gpu is maxed out and your cpu isn't then you are good. But if both have high usage then it's usually a sign of a aging cpu(can't keep up with more modern titles) or a badly optimized game. Many RTS games use more cpu than gpu because of how many components are one the screen at once (i.e planet coaster with a park of at least 3k people will cause very high cpu usage but moderate gpu usage) but a game like god of war this shouldn't be that much of a problem. Anyways, patches will fix it

@@thetruthhurts2352 you're right, but again, high usage doesn't show cpu's age I think. AC Odyssey, Cyberpunk can make decent 6/12 cpus run at 90-100%, like 3600 and even 5600x, but they're so far from their end.
