You can’t get better cus GOWR quality mode uses PC MAX settings (performance mode drops sole settings like textures) here the quality mode runs at 60 FPS with sharper resolution, and can go even more with adequate TV with 120hz and VRR. So I don’t see what can ask for here.

Been playing The Last Us Part 1 on the Pro its looks significantly better then the OG PS5. Really KZbin doesn’t do the PS5 Pro justice. Is it worth $700 + Accessories probably not especially if your into every single detail of games.

yea agreed but to be honest the game already looks great on performance 120 fps mode on base PS5 so it is not like you are missing out a ton from quality mode. Mainly the main character models look a little bit better.

The biggest change I've seen is HFW in perf mode at the moment, I've compared both PS5 on my 2 same screen side by side and honestly PS5 Pro is far better looking. If you want 60 fps on RE4R you can activate RT + Resolution mode + Hair upgrade on PS5 Pro and maintain 60 fps on Pro while the PS5 only keep 60 fps on perf mode. This is very appreciable. PS4 games enhanced on PS5 Pro with the setting option depend of the game, but I've seen that Dark Souls 3 was the biggest change so far. GOW was already perfect on PS5 there's almost no change. Tbh even on PS5 I haven't seen a difference between Perf and Res mode..

The goal of these KZbin comparisons are really to reassure non ps5 pro owners. I have the ps5 pro and I don’t see the difference with KZbin videos. In real life it’s a different story, games like TLOU 1 et 2 are better looking than the fidelity mode on the OG ps5 and they both run at more than 70 fps if you have 120 hz and VRR capable screens.. Jedi survivor is night and day difference also. These are just examples..

I can’t tell a difference with this game because it is already made specifically for ps5 hardware. The pro just give you a little bit more of a sharper image and more fps. I wish they could’ve added more attracted reflections or ambient occlusion with 60 fps but that’s a stretch even some pcs can’t do that.

It's delusional to think that you are suppose to see any difference in a compressed youtube video when it comes to image quality. If you don't care about better image quality while playing in Performance Mode or if you dont care about frames then - YES the PRO is not worth the upgrade. But guess what? The PRO costs more because it has better hardware and PSSR. This leads to more frames, smoother gameplay in newer games that are struggling right now and the console is able to hit 60 frames in Quality Mode (Fidelity) Dragons Dogma 2 is finally playable thanks to this. FF Rebirth does no longer look like shit. Ragnarok looks EVEN more amazing. Spider-Man 2 aswell. Wukong is still badly optimised but it runs better. Alan Wake 2 is not blurry anymore. I can keep going, you get the point. Saying the price is the only difference makes me wanna pop rage. Just stop it. This is just something people say to make themselves feel better for not buying it.

Well, I tried God of War Ragnarok on PS5 pro, I never tried it nor played on PS5 because I didn't get to current generation, so PS5 pro is the one I took and I also have a 8k TV. But I don't have anything to compare with so my opinion might be biased. However I was impressed by how realistic it looked like, especially God of war. I thought it was reality at certain point, but maybe it could have been the same on standart PS5. Anyway, I'm sometimes impressed by how it improved since PS4.

@@GrimAbstract I've been testing PS5 Pro vs the regular all day and this it true for many games. Image quality is pretty disappointing for games like Spider-Man 2, Star wars Outlaws, Jedi Survivor etc. Lots of flickering and image instability caused by PSSR, especially in reflective surfaces & edges. Silent Hill 2 is an absolute nightmare on the Pro. The image is 100% worse than the base console on all fronts. Some games look phenomenal likes The Last of Us / Horizon Forbidden West but in general, things are not looking good at the moment due to PSSR instability.

@ps4games164 it's basically an optimised ps5, it's not the ps6, so no major differences are to be expected I'm still waiting to see how it does from a reliability perspective, most of mid gen rigs are of a poor quality compared to the base model, also a blu ray reader at 120$ doesn't scream quality I'll wait a couple of months till after market br players will be available and see how it performs with the gamers
