It seems like everything out nowadays mustWith no exceptions, the action-oriented. And there's nothing wrong with action games but they make a lot of the fights anymore so difficult that. It's almost impossible for some of us older gamers to even have a chance of completing them. Forget flawlessly just at all.... As my eyesight turns to s*** the arthritis in my arm gets worse and my Reflexes diminish it becomes impossible to beat some games

Yeah, I was more deliberate with how I approached this fight. King Hrolf has a variety of different attacks and a lot of AOE attacks. In terms of parrying, it's just practice and memorizing enemy patterns. Can't really offer much advice besides playing enough to get the timing down. If you plan on focusing on parries, use the Dauntless Shield, which is what I was using. It's the way to go and it's fun.

I enjoyed Hrolfs fight more cause as mentioned, since he's a mix of all the berserkers, it felt cool to be like "Oh I know this move!" And have a counter for it.

You can only suspend your game at certain points in the Valhalla DLC. There's no save states to load. If you die, you gotta start the attempt over again.

If you kill a Berserker and then die to Tyr or for any other reason during a run, it'll be a different Berserker the next run.

Beat the game first to unlock The Forum in the Greece area of Valhalla. Once you beat enough of the chosen slain, it'll be available. You have to complete 2 full runs killing a Berserker each time. King Hrolf will spawn on your 3rd run.

@@Mr._Rick The Forum is right above the starting area with all the chests and the sands which take you to Tyr. As soon as you get to Greece take the left path (sometimes there's a burden pillar right near that path). When you climb up make an immediate right, prompting you to climb up with your blades. Now just head to the center in this area and you'll be prompted to climb up again with your blades. You have to kill at least 7 of the Valhalla's Chosen Slain for The Forum to unlock.

I get why people loved this mode by I fucking hated dying and restarting from the beginning. It’s more annoying when u die in a boss fight and are unable to start from the boss fight. Because you are severely nerfed. Everyone says Valhalla is easier but that's only if the game gives you good rolls. I've had many runs end just cause the game was giving me shit out of the chests. Unless you're a I frame god, runs end very easily on the hardest difficulty in valhalla.
