God of War: The Story So Far

It's not that confusing. There's a dad of boi... and a few midgets. A head that never shuts up. The dad can smash mountains but can't jump up a 3 ft ledge. Boi shoots things with an arrow and a never ending quiver. That's about it

The whole series is not relevant for the upcoming Ragnarok title, which is what inspired this story recap. It wouldn't really make any sense to go over what happened in Greece, everything that's relevant from Kratos' pass was already covered in GoW 2018.

@@malachiolmstead The story beats still carry over. His trauma with his lost family, how pointless his ruthless wrath on the Gods were. Not only is he continually faced with it throughout the game, but an entire section is dedicated to him having to literally dig into his past to save his son. Without the context of the previous titles' story, the references at most would read like ambiguous flavor text to be expanded upon by some prequel story. Except it already exists.
