I have video! My son-in-law is a filmographer for South Korean TV, and on a recent visit he helped me set a sort of "studio" up so I can record visuals as well as audios. This time I am covering one of my favorite subjects: joyful mothering!

Thank you for this. I have been really struggling with worth and purpose these last months. It's so good to see you again. I took out my copy of "Glorious Mothering" and wrote in all the margins as you spoke :) I've been inspired by you to start a blog, and I was wondering if you any wisdom or encouragement. What denomination are you a part of? I am curious what you mean, that children have a natural connection to heaven? Thank you for encouraging joy in motherhood, it is definitely a battleground.

I've actually been all over the place, denomination-wise. I am sort of Moravian in my beliefs (i.e. Count Zinzendorf). I am referring to what Jesus said about the Kingdom of Heaven, among other references.

I've been seeing stuff online lately about Bill Gothard and IBLP. Are you familiar with this ministry/cult as it's being termed? I also looked up the definition of this dirty term "fundamental Christianity" only to discover its a description of me. 😂 anyway, I'm curious to know your input if you've heard of it. Apparently some TV show about a big family brought it all to the attention of Netflix, which made a documentary called shiny happy people, which I haven't watched. You were in the Army?! I'm shocked. What did you do? Have any of your children enlisted? One of my children is considering foreign enlistment, and we're praying over the options.

I have written about my experiences in the army on my blog at MomDelights.com. This is not something I suggest for women, but I was naive when I went in and was misled by my recruiter. God used it, anyway, but I do not believe it was God's perfect will for me. I am aware of the Netflix show, which is actually a hit piece. Christians who have large families and homeschool are in stark contrast to the plans of the globalists, so they must use the media to make us look "fringe." Our family was offered TV deals three separate times, and we turned them down. My husband did attend an IBLP seminar in the early 1970's (he is in his late 60's), but past that we have never been involved. Some of their ideas are in accordance to the Bible, others are questionable. We are just Bible-believing Christians, and whatever God says, we believe it, so that settles it. We want all of Him for all of our lives, and that is basically the whole enchilada.
