hey, sis! let's chat. today question: what verse (or verses) stood out to you and what is your application?! for me: as you can tell, verse 10 was SPEAKINGGGG to me and my big take away is that my only focus needs to be on being a WILLING and surrendered vessel! and trust God will do the rest 🙌🏽

The verses that stood out to me are 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17! I can’t wait for part two of backsliding!

I have to stop focusing on others and how I feel under qualified. God sees things in me that I can't see in myself. Thank you Lord for guidance and giving me the push to be better for the body of Christ.

It's reassuring to see that this chapter of Esther meant something similar to more people other than me. I had been asking God about feeling like I'm too bold, when I should be, and when I shouldn't how 90% of the time I feel as if I have no right to be bold. But Esther makes you look at that type of questioning of yourself differently.

Verse 15 stood out to me because Mordecai celebrated victory a year in advance before the Jews had even won the battle. It’s a reminder to praise God even when your situation isn’t fully figured out yet🤍

Hi! so verse 5 stood out to me because she came to him humbly and without expectations. I believe This spoke to me because I tend to ask God for stuff and I expect that it will always be answered, the fact that that she said “if the matter seems right to king” just shows me she allowed her will to be given over if it did not align with what he thought was best. So this just taught me that I should always do the same even as I’m praying and asking because God always knows best.

That's so good, Sis✝️❤️‍🔥God has been showing me the same but in a different way g-The Holy Spirit revealed, if my prayers are aligned with God's prophetic or rhema Word & written Word, then when I ask in prayer Lord Jesus will fulfill my request in God's timing...for God's Glory & my good; What a tremendous blessing, Sis✝️❣️also in Esther The Kings favor spoke to me relating "All things are possible with God"☮️❤️‍🔥

I agree! We should always be ready to make our plans/ wishes subordinate (under) to the will of God.

This chapter showed me the importance of living right before God and men. Because of Esther and Mordecai’s Godly lifestyle the king trusted them. Whew this was so good! 💕

Verse 8 stood out to me. The quickness for Esther needs to be met was truly because Esther was a woman of God. I believe the King of Glory works this way in our lives. If we put Him first you will receive. Peace, joy, gladness, rejoice.....I seal the name of the Lord who fights for me. Yahweh Saboath Amen

Verse 16 " The Jews had light and gladness, joy and honor." That is definelty God's will for us! He wants to turn our sorrow into gladness. There is a part we play to enter in... asking, seeking, perservering, standing on what we believe is right and just, being proud and not ashamed of our heritage in Christ .

What stood out to me was verses 3,6,9,&17 because you can see where Esther using her voice for good in telling the king about terminating Haman’s plans to kill the Jews, I felt like that weight was lifted off her shoulders because she knew that she could trust the king that he would help her in making sure that herself and other Jews were not harmed. Also, I loved that the Jews truly celebrated Mordecai because they see the leader he is and in knowing that they're now free is so joyous to me. Regarding application, I am in hopes to come to God more fully and really surrender to Him (I tend to not have my words together in being more expressive to Him) and trust that He hears me and that the space is set to where I can come to Him in confidence and He doesn't hold anything against me. Lastly, to not underestimate myself and my capability in His eyes. He has made me more than qualified to fulfill His perfect Will and I know that I don't have to help fulfill through a title. I seek validation through Him and Him only ❤

My brain kind of just wandered to the horses. I think about how God probably had these horses in mind for this plan way in advance. Like He probably picked out specific people to care for them and train them, as well as He probably had them bred to be as fast as they could so they could reach everyone in time. I like to think about how everything was taken into account for this plan well in advance.

the verse that stood out to me is verse 4. my application is to believe that after a miracle or answered prayer, God can still do more after that. He hasn't just ran out of His love & blessings. As long as I continue to boldly seek Him, He'll boldly show up in my life.

Verse 9 stood out to me. Not only was there haste to correct the mistake like you mentioned but it appeared to be very intentional that there would be no confusion or debate about what this new law would be and what it meant, hence it being distributed in the appropriate languages. For me, I received that I need to be intentional with my walk with God, with the choices I'm making, with the words I'm speaking, etc.

Off topic. I just want to say thank you for this bible study. Late to the party. When I was going through my divorce, I wasn't able to listen to or watch anything secular. I only watched pureflix and listened to gospel. All that to say I stumbled or God put it in front of me "Queen Esther" the movie. All though some things are different and it tells you that I'm the beginning and to also read the Bible for yourself. I'm just now after 5 years starting. That movie is in my top 5. It spoke to me. I watch it every month. My church had a women's conference. They free books in the foyer. Low and behold I found and grabbed quickly " A woman of strength and dignity ESTHER". I like there is something that I'm missing and God is trying to speak to me. Again thank you. I'm thankful that God is using you as his vessel. 🙌🏾❤️🙏🏽

Verse 4. The king found favour in Esther and extending the scepter was a BIG deal. Even though she was a Jew, he still allowed to be in his presence and more so save her people. This shows me God will help me find favour even when I don't seem qualified

Sweetheart you are definitely giving godly insight on scripture and it is awesome that you have chosen to share that gift with others by creating a channel. I watch you often. However, I feel like each time that I watch you it becomes more and more about a commercial of a product then we are actually studying the scripture. In no way trying to be negative, just pray about it and see what the Lord shows you. 😉

I don't agree. I think Notion is the only app she has talked about and she doesn't talk about it for longer than a min. Not to mention people only find her midway through the chapters and not from chapter 1. She is doing great, let's not allow any negativity to permeate this beautiful page. We already get enough of that from the world. Be kind

God highlighted to me verse 1 & 2 : Everything ( honor and riches) that belongs to Haman were pass on to Mordecai. This is exactly what Prov.13: 22 says ...the sinner's wealth passses to the godly. Revenge really belongs to God and this revenge was a complete one. Therefore for application i would say to myself: stop fighting for yourself. God will fight for you and the wicked will surely get what they deserve.❤
