@david2012slayer honestly i struggle hearing God's voice a lot too, this was just a thought that hit me that I didn't even think was God, but I just listened to it and to my surprise it was Him. In order to understand God's voice better, try shutting down your phone completely and open your Bible, and pray. God never contradicts His Word and is always intentional to what He speaks to you! I think that in this scene that I watched God is trying to tell me that He's always with me, like when He said "I shall be with you, Moses." This scene was always so special to me and other people too. It's okay to struggle bud, God's got you and trust that He has a plan for your life! He'll never leave you. I keep you in my prayers and I hope that you grow in Your relationship with God. 💕✝️

It reminds me of how powerful and loving our God is and He never forgets his people-those He has chosen and redeemed. His awesome presence in my life and those intimate moments of close encounters with Him at a personal level gives me unspeakable love, joy and peace that I myself find it hard to contain. I cannot imagine a studio this talented being allowed to make this movie in 2024
@cherylmacmillan2169Ай бұрын
The whole movie was actually a re-write. The original version strayed very far from the Jewish/Christian/Islamic accounts and when they sent it to focus groups before release the reception was terrible. Thankfully, the studio called on religious leaders from these Abrahamic faiths (I spoke with one of them) to offer insight and the re-written version we see here is the result. Back when it was released there were very few blockbuster movies that didn't make a mockery of these faiths.

How could you possibly be an atheist when witnessing all creation? I'll never understand atheists. You don't have to believe organized religions necessarily, but there is a Creator whom has done things with purpose and intelligence.

@SS4Luxray I understand your feelings of it being complicated and it being uncomfortable discussing them, especially on social media. However I insist on defending the fact as a scientist (bio engineer) myself who worked in pharmaceuticals for many years, as well as have been raised in a family of physicians and engineers...I have yet to find 1 of us who is an atheist due to our careers. I worked with ppl from all over the world and I'm mid eastern myself, which we're known for pursuing higher education especially in the science fields.
