If Godzilla goes into thermonuclear state like he did without any help in Godzilla: Aftershock, It's possible that he could defeat Shin if not kill him.

Ghidorah would've also clearly killed G, but Mothra sacrificed herself. Hell, even that wouldn't do the trick since MZ was sucking the entire energy until he was distracted by the device ( I don't remember it's name). In GVK, He would've also been annihilated by MechaGodzilla, but Kong woke up to a stupid self destruct vehicle and saved him.
