Oh no! Sorry that happened to you. Ours actually works perfectly for our phone and Ekster wallet as shown in the video. Hopefully you can reach out to the company, they seem pretty decent to work with!

Mine didn’t work…. Just drove by cooker towers and my phone went off… as an indication of text messages coming in… I wouldn’t buy this again

Oh no! Did you have the top rolled down? That is crazy. In both GoDark products we have our phones just disappear. No calls, texts, emails, no pings on location at all. If yours is not functioning properly, I would reach out to the company. I am sure they would want to know. Thanks for watching!
