At 4:28 I cheesed that Jump. if you Jump and take a hit from that Enemy before you kill it, It puts you up there, that's how I obtained the "Door Control Device B"

My bad. At 11:27 I open the minimap while in the Third Letter map before I got double jump. Seems I accidentally had my cursor near the map, where the Chest is in (the three platforms on the bottom there) A more thorough explanation: Third Letter is to the left from the very beginning of the game. If you mean the module chest, go from the beginning of the game to the right until you reach the tutorial that teaches about jumping through terrain and while falling keep to the left. It should be to the left from where you land.
