I dated a girl in the 70s that was a dead ringer for her. It was so weird, even after a couple months I'd look at her and say to myself "Loraine Newmann". Every time we went somewhere people would do double takes, point, or you could see they wanted say something, a few would ask her if she was her of course and there were some autograph requests. She dumped me after a while saying all I wanted was sex. Now that I think back on it, yup, she pretty much hit the nail on the head.

I actually saw this on TV live back in the 70's when I was a pot smoking, dumb, and clueless teenager, and I somehow knew that I was seeing history in the making. I never forgot the Godfather's girlfriend saying, "Guido, you're covering up." That killed me. RIP, John Belushi. You were the best comic and character actor ever. I loved you, man. Funny, the girls in the valley still pretty much talk like that. I live in the valley now, and the word “like” is in every other sentence of theirs. Even the Armenian chicks from the valley, talk like that.
