I got a Godin Nylon Encore new and love it.Both the cantilever saddle and the nut are both Graph Tech.No problems with intonation. The only difference with this guitar is an extra slider to have the saddle pickup or another unit under the top nearer the neck end.It adds more top end but picks up tapping. This is my 2nd.Multiac.They are special.Totally made in Canada.

To insure string slots are perfectly filed to the correct depth it is mandatory to verify from open string to 1st fret = only a half step (E-F, A-A#, D-D#, G-G#, B-C, E-F). Compensated nut is the way to go. Nice to see someone on KZbin that actually knows what they are doing. This Godin A6 is now Perfectly intonated. This benefits the guitar owner of course but it is also a huge benefit for StringTech Workstations. Why? because when you perfectly intonate a clients guitar like this he will bring every guitar that he owns in for the same service to be done. out of intonation = firewood in my opinion. Great Job StringTech Workstations!

I was just at a friend's house and asked how he liked his A-6. (I'd seen posts saying he wasn't happy) He brought it out and the action was crazy high. He said it's never the same. There was also an issue will fall off on a couple strings. Have you seen issues with the necks?

For the most part Robert Godin's guitars are pretty good. This one needed quite a bit of work to get it lined up. I have talked to the customer ... a couple of years after the fact ... he said it is steady as a rock still.

@@StringTechWorkstations Yeah, I've been happy with mine. I think he got a lemon though.
