I don't understand how did govt give them permission to construct this close to river. Didn't VTP Bel-Air already go into water this rainy season? Godrej's project looks even closer to the river.

Don't see this project in current scenario, it has potential after 5 years , I agree with you that costing is high but whatever premium charged by the builder, after 5 years down the line I think this project will definitely give returns 💯

@@nikhilmawale yes may be will get return. But there is no proper road from Baner that's the major problem. I heard about road from Mercedes but that news is from last 5 years that road will construct but no work in progress.looks like it will take another 5 years or 10 years no 1 knows.

Godrej are biggest scammers in the market. I have purchased property with Godrej. Got possession 6 months ago. They have used substandard products throughout. Locks are getting malfunctioned and kids and parents are getting locked in the whole society (around 100 apartments have faced issue out of 720). Walls are not straight, door frames are catching moulds, leaks in washroom fittings. Please come to Godrej Rejuve and see for yourself before investing money. You are getting scammed in name of Godrej. Go for local builders.🙏
