Fun fact: Kong punching and walking slow is actually scientifically accurate to their size like how the robots move in Pacific Rim. It's called object permanence, like when you see a plane fly across the sky and it looks like it's going slow, when in reality, it's moving faster/covering more distance than literally everything else passing it. So the movies you need to watch in preparation for this movie are: Godzilla 2014 Kong: Skull Island And Godzilla King of the Monsters In that order is preferable as that that is the order they are released, you need to watch those ones specifically as they all belong to the same universe, separate from any other version of godzilla or kong

You guys, this is a Monster Cinematic Universe here. You need to watch: Godzilla (2014) Kong Skull Island (2017) Godzilla King of the Monsters (2019) and those are the movies so far. Hope more of that universe come.
