Repeat the circuit below 3 times through:
• 12 Upper Back Row-Be sure to row to your chest each rep.
• 12 Lat Biased Rows-Keep elbows close to the body with each rep.
• 10 Shoulder Press (Standing)-Placing two feet on the band, press both arms up until full extension. Keep your core braced.
• 10 Bicep Curls-Placing both feet on band and palms facing forward, curl up. Keep elbows close to the body.
