So important since it's such a huge industry and as I recently learned involves some really rather digusting processing steps. It's all rather weird and shocking, so I am all the more delighted to see that there is still quite a bit of traditional and trustworthy wine making out there!!! Thanks for sharing this! (As a side note only to clear up the one disturbing sentence in this otherwise fantastic video: Homeopathy is proven to not have any other effect beyond the placebo effect! It is not medicine, and it can not be effective over the long run, because it is shaken (they call it "potentiated") sugar water. Nothing else. So if it is effective, it's placebo, nothing else! Obviously everyone is free to use it and believe in its effects!! But its important to not mix homeopathy up with natural medicine. The latter actually being effective, because it's chemistry. And also to not mix it up with listening to nature and not using toxic pesticides or fungicides, again completely different. )
