Also, if you do not hug your knee- your opponent can easily slip his arm out. I recommend stretching your hip flexers daily if you want to learn rubber guard.

been training for almost 7 months now and love to play side scissor and rubber guard. hit this first time I tried and felt super clean. Cant wait to get it even more efficient

I love this stuff. Not something the classes I've been in would show. I've been wanting to use more rubber guard stuff cuz I'm flexible enough. But haven't done much from it.
