Both of these phenomenal musicians were born in the USSR and came to America as kids with their immigrant families. I think they are both awesome people and the best example of how immigrant kids can rise to great heights and make awesome, premium, creative music for us all to enjoy. James Blome there is no true American culture. American culture is an assimilation of the worlds greatest cultures. America is and always has been a melting pot of immigrants and therefore said culture heavily influenced by immigrants. From your cowboys to your city slickers, all culturally rooted by other countries, none born out of pure American culture, there is no such thing. America is and always will be a land of immigrants, legally or not. Viva la immigraniada!!

@@marvxlolo you don't seem to understand what the word culture means. If we are just a mix of a bunch of different cultures as one society then that is the culture. Our culture is a collection of various other cultures that we have modified to fit our society. Also, cowboys/western culture was born in America. It exists in Mexico as well but it's a very American thing. Not sure why you are discounting that.

The two greats from the EAST in my mind! Both of these people have changed my life more than 15 years ago. I had the privilege to drink with Eugene when he was visiting Oakland. Changed my life to say the least. Just can’t say enough about both of these beautiful people. Eastern European and New York blood. Beautiful!

Great! I think band needs more visual artworks now. Song not for all but for everyone.Such a bright ray of the setting sun after a gloomy day. Tart taste of the hot drink after which it becomes so warm inside and everything becomes secondary except for the main thing. Eugene is a great poet and I think he is very underrated. Native English speakers will not be able to fully recognize this talent. Gutz its a big lighthouse :D
