I am stuck on the last activation my phone is connected to Bluetooth on the car etc but I cannot pair to activate the e remote services.

Hi! Thank you so much for your videos, super helpful. I noticed you can see the SoC (7:59) on the driver's dashboard. How did you manage to do that? I don't seem to have that option on my 2021 e-C4..

Use the button on the end of the right stalk. You can also define what you see on the dash. I can't remember now how you do that, but I will make a video on it soon. I'm sure I've done this in one of the other e-C4 videos on this channel.

@@GoGreenAutos thank you so much. That would be super helpful because I see a lot of people "complaining" about the fact that it's only possible to check SoC via the app, which is not particularly convenient.

Oh! And when I use that button I get the exact same view as yours, but without the SoC...

Thank you very helpful, the fact had us the UCB port for the update could not work out until I saw video, that my solution Heath Robinson, as I had an adaptor from USB a to USB micro and another adaptor from USB micro to USB c eek but it then worked :)

You didn't select Ireland but Iceland. It's possible most of the map update time was due to it having to also delete all the other countries map data?

I've updated the nav maps again since (only two days ago) and it took just as long and this time it was UK only and deleting Iceland.

Hello there. I've had to update my Peugeot e-2008 a couple of times since I got it in Jan 2022 and ive used the USB-A slot in the car to do it, rather than the USB-C. With both cars being effectively the same do you think the USB-C in my Puegeot also work for future updates??

The test is whether Android Auto/Apple Carplay works via that port....unless it has wireless.

I have an eC4 and have successfully updated operating system twice BUT maps are a headache it crashes , took to main dealer they failed as well ..... total rubbish !!!! Thoughts car is connected to my wi fi , why can't it update its self overnight ??

Can I use the USB-C port to play music from a memory stick, like I can on my current 19 reg C4 Cactus ? There are some who say you can't or it's difficult to set up.

I've never tried. Days of having music on USB have long gone for me now that everything is streaming.

does anyone know how to get apple car play to work? I have a 2022 ec4 c series edition and can't get apple car play to work its just greys out, ive tried both usb and usb-c ports

It uses the USB-C port. Have you tried a different cable?

Use the USB-C port. Then to get the CarPlay option to un-grey, ensure your phone is unlocked when you connect it.

I have just got an e-c4 a few days ago. I'm quite disappointed in the whole infotainment system to be honest. I have the Shine plus model with the 'upgraded' speakers allegedly. I dread to think how bad the 'standard' speakers must be as ours are nothing special at all. Other Stellantis models with the same system have radio logos but not Citroën or at least not the e-c4. The map graphics are like a sat nav from 15 years ago. They look terrible. It's a 2022 and was over £31k new for petes sake. It's the only thing that let's the car down but unfortunately it's the thing that is used the most.

Yes most car manufacturer's are hopeless with software and sat navs...especially when they use Tomtom! Best to just use Android Auto or Apple CarPlay.
