My old Landlord goes, you either pay or you don't. Past dosnt mean anything. I have one so-called eviction on my rental history. Do to the landlord try to poison us. After I ended up in the ER. Housing was called. And we were told due to Health reasons. To move . I couldn't even stay there. I had to live at a friends for week, well looking for a new place. And thankfully we could move in 2days later. The Landlord who try to poison us sent us an eviction letter. Thankfully Court threw it out. But it showed up for about 5yrs. N in Wisconsin anything past 7yrs. They don't even look at.

i had to stop and self ice cream medicate halfway through the story. having been someone who had to scramble to find a place to live all these stories were very familiar. the reason you got banned of facebook is because there is a basic room for rent scam where people force people to join a rental app service. they get an affiliate payment for getting people to sign up for the app service but in reality, they don't have rooms to rent. the generic room photos the scammers use look a lot like your REAL photos. All that aside the unstable roommate is so trauma driven and exhausting. The b-roll in the second half of the video of you one-wheeling with your friend calmed the traumatic energy of the first half of the video. great video.
