Real Estate contracts require a particular font and some documents require a legal size paper format for recording. Can GHL adjust the size of the paper size to legal size on some documents?

How do you drag the “Initials” field into the footer of a doc after uploading a real estate purchase and agreement to “Contracts” in GHL? Need assistance please and Ty!

Can you assigned custom values to pre-populate those field you added? or can those custom values also be pulled from a survey or form a client filled out, if a clients info needs to go in there?

Got very excited at this vid’s topic, but left a bit disappointed only bc it didn’t address one of my main pre-purchase questions I had hoped would be answered by this vid. Maybe I missed it (?) but perhaps you can answer here: does GHL include a generic boilerplate contract that agency owners can use when onboarding clients? Something editable that spells out exactly what the business owner is getting, price points, period of agreement, etc.? Or do individual agency owners need to draw something up with an attorney that agency owners themselves have to hire? AND, if such contract templates are offered by GHL, are they available to agency owners at all levels or only certain level(s)? Actually interested in contract templates _both_ for agency >> small biz and also agency >> SaaS sale to a small biz (bc terms would differ between the two templates). Thanks very much, Keaton.

With the Products that are added, you change the invoice type (one time vs recurring). Does this automatically send the invoices to the customer? Or does it bill them directly on that date via CC payment?
