Awesome content.. I have a question for you. I get a lead into my crm. 1." One of my member calls the lead. If not picked up. Email and an sms is sent". 2.if not responded to above. Again follow up call then email and sms is sent. How should I customize workflow to automate , ""call notification to team member and if not taken the email and sms flows should be sent..."" How can I make this change. . Can you little bit say the options to use to make it work exactly in that way

Hi Mike, for these type of companies is there a revenue or size of company base you are targeting for this type of service? I say that because you did mention every business but I can’t imagine every business paying or needed this type of tech. Can you share more detail?

Thanks for responding Mike. I have 15 years of operations experience focused on CRM, sales processes & pipeline management. I noticed that most “agencies” don’t focus on this as the selling point. I like the “5 F framework” does your program teach re-selling with this in mind solely? Mainly for me I don’t want to be like everyone else and want a unique approach

Small thing I'm curious about. When I once worked with a client, he bought an HVAC snapshot for his company in which there were multiple funnels, triggers and campaigns for one lead gen. So whenever we ran a test, a lead would end up getting the emails twice. So in this situation, if we place the separate triggers and campaigns in draft mode, can the workflow take the whole brunt force or should all three things should be running simultaneously?
