I picked up how smooth you were, I didn't hear hardly any tire scrubbing/skidding, I think a key element is to practice riding as smoothly and being able to accelerate out of the corners, thanks really enjoyed this video

Really insightful video thank you! I've watched other enduro videos but it's immediately apparent that you're much smoother! A bit like skiing I guess - the smoother the faster! I've just been Mountain biking in the French alps for the first time - was thinking about the lessons from your videos. Really interesting to hear you say "patience" because I was talking to myself quoting your tips to make sure I didn't fall off!!! (and I didn't have a single crash!!!)

This is so great! With enduro races being so popular, it's surprising that most of the "how to..." articles and videos are kind of generic - not this one. Thanks for the helpful tips - particularly around where to look and resting within the stage. The seated/tuck tip was super helpful too! Curious if you ever raise the dropper for super pedaley stages/sections to rest?
