Going Freelance during COVID... One big RISK?!

Just earned a sub. About to take the jump into freelance myself, life is passing by at a frightening pace and I know I'll regret not taking any risk when I'm older. Would be good if you do a follow up video on this one, especially how you prepared financially for the big jump, what your worries and concerns were, settling your mind for things out for your control etc

Thanks so much! The jump itself is the scariest thing, and everything else that comes after that, gets easier. As long as you put 100% into it, and see the steep learning curve as a positive thing in itself, I'm sure you'll go on to do great 👍 I'm definitely planning on making a 12 month update to go over those sorts of things 👀 I think a year would give everyone a good enough time frame to get some decent analytics together 🙂 Be sure to check out a recent video I made of some things that I've learned in my first 5/6 months! kzbin.info/www/bejne/eV7OiomPjbCUbK8

Good luck to you man - I've been freelance for over a year now and it's a been an absolute blast. It's a scary feeling at the start (was so nervous as I was only 21 at the time and had just graduated from uni), but all of that fear quickly fades. Just remember to keep track of your taxes and you'll do just fine! Congrats and keep up the good content.
