I own a 7 figure staffing agency out of Salisbury NC, I started when I was 18. I had a lot of struggles in the beginning. I had all the same questions when I started like this guy in the video (HOW DO I DO THIS?) . Reason I clicked on this video is I just purchased my first home and first thing i'm about to do is change my back yard. Now with that out of the way, if you're reading this just know you don't need to pay any money to be someone in life. This guy made it and now is just hustling to make several forms of income, youtube, motivational packages/how to's whatever you wanna call it. Trust me when I say that if you want to make it as a entrepreneur you'll get your answers along the way ! don't waste your money! invest it in your business and as long as you keep at it, the doors will slowly open for you. All you need is the right mindset and a strong strong motivated personality. - A guy who's been through it and came out on top at age 20........

I went to buy a used motorcycle when I was much younger (mid-twenties) and it was a thousand dollars. I told the sales guy, I'd have to think about it. He asked if I had the $1k. I said, "Almost." He replied, "If you don't have a thousand dollars, you probably shouldn't buy a motorcycle." He was right, I would need gear, fuel, shop time to keep it running, etc. I passed on the bike. Years later, when my money was right, I bought a much better bike. My point: If you don't have $1k to spend on GG, then you can't afford it. But, if you have $500, spend it on other materials or tools for your business. However, if you do have the $1k and you think you should have GOAT Gang b/c your social circle sucks, buy it. If you are surrounded by successful business owners, then don't. You know what you should do. If you don't have the money, make more money. Work more, Uber, expand your business, whatever. Then when you have the money, decide if GOAT gang is the best place to put it. Maybe, audio books or other T.G programs are where you should spend it. DON'T pretend one testimonial will be the tipping point. It's petty. I believe in you, Mr. J. Short. P.S. I'm joining in January. I've already budgeted for it. No, I don't have the $1k (for this) at the moment.

Yo T, how did you obtain a contractor's license with little work experience in landscaping? This is one of the things holding me back from taking on larger projects. In California where I live, the qualifying individual who receives the contractor's license on behalf of the landscaping business needs 4 years of verifiable jorney-level work experience. Thanks.

Raise your prices. Let go of low profit yards or out of route yards. Replace them with closer and more profitable ones. If this season was hard on you, beat down equipment will only make it even harder next year. Owning a business should be about growing your business. If you are consistently aiming for the same expectations and outcomes for the next year, you will definitely never see that new mower.
