Drink lots of water! When i was busy and pregnant I forgot to drink enough water. And ended up in the hospital with kidney infection. It was scary. So keep your body hydrated. I feel for you being busy and pregnant!

Kasandra Jones yes! Keeping your body hydrated is super important! Even if you're not pregnant, you can still get infections and have difficulties if your body is dehydrated.

Yes. I drank about 1 liter of water that day but my body needs like 4 at the least. I got so sick. Not to freak Colleen out. I am sure she is doing amazing! I just remember not knowing it was that easy to get an infection just by not drinking enough water for one day. The pregnant body is so sensitive!

Everyone, I'm sure, is sending love and hugs!!!
