More likely 1965, not 1975. The cars are all 1950s/1960s models, and toward the end of the video, there are stubs for a future lower level (that wasn't finished until 1969).

You're right. I think it's a little later, maybe 1967 judging by the cars and at the very end the people shown. Another clue is the toll is 50 cents; it was increased to 75 cents in 1972. As a kid I always went over this bridge as the best route from Jersey to my grandparents in Long Island.
