I have to admit, I keep ALL my powder eyeshadow palettes. As well as blushes. Creams and liquids dry out, so those I do declutter. It doesn’t matter to me if I have similar shades. I have cut down on what I buy, but once I own it, I keep it. It has to be REALLY bad for me to throw it out.

I was dying seeing the Kaleidos & Oden's Eye palettes being decluttered. Those are such great palettes. I would've kept those over Morphe. I have to agree the Morphe Such A Gem palette is a fantastic purple color story & formula.

You have an absolutely beautiful eyeshadow collection. From luxury to high-end to drugstore, and everything in between. I think it's perfectly fine to have the amount of pallets you do because of your job. You need to be able to reference some of them in case of a comparison or whatever it may be. You really did a great job decluttering. I can't imagine how difficult that must have been. My eyeshadow palettes are my makeup babies. ❤❤

I am only 16 minutes into this video but I want to say THIS MAKES ME SO HAPPY!!!! I LOVE cutthroat Paige 💖 There were old declutter videos where I would know that certain palettes/brands would never be decluttered just because you were “collecting” them. But now that you are being brutally honest about what you will and will not use, it is so much better! I am all for big collections and understand that creators will have larger quantities of things but there comes a point where it’s so wasteful. I love this so much! 💖

I love long declutters yesss 😍 have you thought about potentially selling your gently used/swatched makeup? I know that there are some rules regarding the condition of products in giveaways, but I’ve seen a few KZbinrs/influencers doing mystery bags with their gently used or swatched makeup and it’s a great way to share with your followers and also get rid of the makeup that you’re decluttering! ♥️♥️

Over 25%!! I have been watching your channel for a while and have watched all of your past declutters. This was huge! You should definately put all of your sentimental makeup in an alex drawer by itself and not count it in your main stash, or get a rental friendly shelf system for the wall above your computer and put it on display so you see it and have those good memories. If you arent using it and not going to use it then its not part of your main useable collection and imo should not count toward "total palettes" Also if you want it then get the pastel palette from ND it looks divine! And side note, video idea, Too Faced released a pastel palette recently also so maybe doing the same or a similar makeup look using different palettes might be interesting... and that could be a cool series to do a side by side or recreating a makeup look using different palettes. Like using Huda for one side and Colorpop on the other with all similar shades.

I have an idea on what to do with limited edition discontinued pallets that are barely use that are not "everyday" looks. instead of throwing them out because u barely touched them maybe we can use them on a specific day (birthdays, partys, for weekends etc) that way the pallet is more useful and don't have to feel so guilty throwing away... just an idea. I love ur collection btw

When we sold our house last may, I packed everything up, but sadly lost all my skin care and alot of makeup. *( didnt know it was gonna take 7 mths to buy a home ) So yea I get it. Moving and re centering your use and dont use is a big deal. You do have alot of the same colors . Thier all beautiful! I love alot ! Enjoyed all the colors ! : )

I think you did a great job. It's hard to let go of things, especially when you collect them! I always have a dilemma about whether to keep the outer box of the palettes too. Some of my palettes still have the outer packaging . ❤️💜💕

Yeah definitely have your work cut out for you, but that's a good start... And no small declutter... You did awesome!!! Your thinking process matched my thinking though cause I thought the same thing you have one face with 2 eyeballs and if you were wanting to use all of them you wouldn't get to fully enjoy them before they would expire and they would go to waste instead of them being given away and making someone feel fabulous wearing it. Maybe instead of deciding by brand now that you have condensed your collection some, maybe it would help putting liked color palettes together and condensing that way. That way you see how many you have with that same color scheme, or comparing formulas even. The whole point of condensing a collection is for you to make room for new stuff and be able to enjoy what you have without feeling overwhelmed. You did awesome keep up the good work!! 💕😊

Do I think you could have decluttered a few more? Yes. Did you do incredible wel at the same time? Also Yes! 😍 Love these kind of video's keep them coming! Also I think a fun way to use some of your more colorfull make up might be a series like Shaan Xo did. She did a video for each color en did her whole make up accordingly. For example like a purple look with purple lipstick, eyeliner, eyeshadow and depending how adventurous you could take it even further with mascara, eyebrows, maybe even a wig 😜
