But than we thought let's shift once because basic kam ho chuka tha n we were out of budget .. Wo khte h na shadi or ghr jitna paisa laga lo kam h ... now every month hum kuch na kuch decor items ya kuch ghr k lie kra lete h ya lete h ab sochte h ki shift hone k bad jada chije pta lagti h aapko ki acha ye aise krana h

Use nipcare Drink satavari n jeera powder with milk Warm compression to breast really helps .

Use galact with milk to increase milk supply and try to latch baby with no clothes on. Try for an hour or so. Try it half n hour before formula feed
