You can read up until vol.5(especially chapter 34) a little bit spoiling for the next cour but i think most people would understand, caution though don’t fallin” into temptation to go more as many people has been. Tatsu-sensei’s drawing is delightful to eyes and the pacing would compel you to.😅 Because the streaming contract, JUMP(right’s owner) order 1 season 24 episodes and before those finished then deal a streaming contract for 1 season 12 episodes, ignorantly without screening they just decide cut the adaptation result into two, when screening for the designated “Season 1” were commenced, they immediately realized that was horrible decision alas they tied to a contract thus we were arrived to this predicament situation, that is also why the trailer for the next come out so soon. The heck is that cliffhanger?!?!? I think even if you read the manga, rewatching the anime would not loose its charm. Though if the choice is between Dandadan and chainsaw man, it would be tough to choose, doing both would be the best tbh… thank you for your reactions!

The best part of the season 2 trailer is that it spoils MAYBE 3-4 episodes/10 chapters of info. Which means they’re hiding the rest of the season. The PV poster had 2 other hints in it, which will account for like 4-5 episodes

When I read the manga for the first time, only in the first chapter I feared for Momo's integrity. This part in the manga is a less horrible, uncomfortable and defenitly not so long. and thank to the universe there are no more weird Momo (or any girl) assault scenes in the series I like your reactions to the series, now is the time to wait for season 2.

Manga spoilers below ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ Ah, there's the blackmail content later (but not towards Momo) And the bull is clearly playing up a sexual stereotype later on (towards Seiko) And there's the group brutally battering up Okarun and then taking his ball as he is unconscious on the ground - which is just raw gang beatings into the suction apparatus Scenes like it don't end, nor can we at all assume he won't go there again

Funny that you bring up reading the Manga when a lot of people are thinking it was a calculated move to get people to rush out an read it to find out what happens (chapter 34 btw). The way the manga is paced this is actually a few pages into the chapter which they hadn't done before this episode. Another theory is that the leaked episodes forced them to launch the show early and there would have been a shorter wait between this and the next bit but starting earlier forced the second cour to be a second season. Red string and cork board aside the show still captured my attention through great animation and music even as a manga reader. Should you read it? I think your surprise at the wildness is a major point in favor of the show as a react channel, but you also like to catch the previews which isnt something many channels do. Maybe since the show so directly mirrors the manga you can read through them after the episodes air to compare?

They cut it off in the middle of a chapter which makes the last part way worse and I don't think it was a great choice honestly. Also if you read the manga I would watch the shit out of that plus the art is insane

Nah you can wait it out. It just 7 months. This arc is a long one and a two parter too. Its the darkest arc so far demonstrate by the other mediums that try to help JiJi.
