I have an awesome homemade waffle recipe! My mom and I make them every now and them and they're soooo good! Whenever we make them, I eat like five lol. The recipe is: 1 3/4 cups of all purpose flour 1 tablespoon of baking powder 1/4 teaspoon of salt 2 egg yolks 1 3/4 cups of milk 1/2 cup of cooking oil 2 eggs In a mixing bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl beat egg yolks slightly. Beat in milk and oil. Add egg yolk mixture all at once. Stir just till combined but still slightly lumpy. In a small bowl beat egg whites till stiff peaks form (tips stand straight). Gently fold beaten egg whites into flour and egg yolk mixture, leaving a few fluffs of egg white. Do not overmix. Then, pour 1 to 1 1/4 cups of the batter onto the lightly greased waffle baker. This tends to be a bit difficult because of the separating eggs and stuff, lol. So the easier way is to prepare the same way as listed above except do not separate eggs. In a mixing bowl beat the whole eggs slightly. Beat in milk and oil. Add to flour mixture all at once. Beat just till combined but still slightly lumpy. I hope you guys see this comment so you can make these waffles! ily guys so much
