The plaintiff alleges the defendant got upset with him one day and keyed his furniture and stole his DVDs, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant denies the allegations and thinks the plaintiff's friends probably did it.

Like to me that was definitely a man that had strong brute strength and was also probably high idk. If Plaintiff didn't himself admit he had shady homeboys, I probably wouldn't be as sus about it but idk.

Bc this isn't criminal court. In cival court a judge can base her rulings of her gut/instinct. Another words if either partys stories don't add up or sounds odd or off,then she can rule in the other parties favor. In criminal court you must prove beyond the shadow of a doubt..

Because this is small claims court, and it basically is gambling/luck what the judge/arbitrator decides is fair, and it's usually down to loopholes, or just settling/mediating gripes. Although there is zero evidence she did it, the judge/Milian in this case feels she is still liable so it's not a criminal case to where someone is guilty/convicted without reasonable doubt; It's small claims to where non criminal settlements are binding to reach a resolution. She wasn't charged with anything criminal (vandalism/destruction), she was the party the arbitrator felt was responsible for civil damages, so whether she did it or not is moot. But yeah.

And based on the gruesome pictures of the furniture being carved up. a hundred percent a man did that, and that man was probably one of the Plaintiff's buddies who he had beef with, or maybe it wasn't intentional and he had a bad trip or something either or etc. Women usually pour bleach on his clothes, throw his suit jackets and stuff on the front lawn, throw his baseball cards on the floor etc. petty stuff lol. That was definitely a guy just based on those pictures lol. So at most Defendant got a man to do that, so in a way she's still necessarily being truthful she didn't do it, lol, but I don't think she did it period and sadly was unlucky she was in their friend group and the blame was put on her somehow smh.

I wholeheartedly disagree. Defendant says she didn't do it, and my gut believes her. As a man myself so yeah. Just based on those pictures alone how deep the carvings are, that was definitely a man, and a man who was high and probably isn't on friendly terms with the Plaintiff either lol (just also going on Plaintiff admitting he has questionable buddies/associates, so yeah).
