I have been fascinated with the beautiful Amazigh culture, and I am very curious about the origin of your people’s Yopo/Kharoub use which I had not heard of until I read your comment. I apologize in advance for my numerous questions. Are there any stories about how how long this tradition has been going on with your people? Is it specific to your local region, or more widespread with the Amazigh people in general? I had always been under the impression that this plant was a native South American plant, so I would love to know the story of Yopo/Kharoub from your perspective. Thank you.

@@DataBeingCollected Well considering we were polytheistic before arab invasions I'd say the use of Yopo goes back at least to 600/700 if not before. As an archer i was fascinated by their bows and arrows. White tail deer can be taking down by a 45 pound bow, so im assuming the poundage is probably around that. Pitty they didnt explain more about their bows i.e who makes them, what type of wood and what the string is made from. Amazes me they hit anything with that arrow but then they Obviously know what they're doing so im not judging, just curiosity.
