Going Tubeless?

I agree, tubeless on high pressure tires is less effective overall. I ran it on my roadie and it worked decently well for me with 25mm tires but it certainly wasn't anywhere near as good as tubeless on my MTB with 2.6" tires on it which run 23f/26r. Having to remove the tire and valve stem on the roadie to put a tube in on the side of the road was messy and more time consuming than it was worth to me. The real answer is to just ride 35mm tires as a tubeless setup lol.
