Hey obviously I know you can’t disclose workouts and what not since you are currently running with bowerman, but could we see a similar video as the “how I run 95 miles in a week.” Seeing your training plan from that video helped me come up with my 55-60 mile plan so I kinda wanted to see how it has progressed as you have transitioned to a pro on a broad standpoint.

So, not only does Charles have the pace in a setting that is convenient to him personally, it is also convenient for the majority. In the context in which you are commenting, you are uncommon, you are strange - or just lazy. Or both.
