Going Up to The Great Wall of China

Walking along the Great Wall of China at a very high elevation is truly a one of a kind experience. These historic walls are situated in Northern China and southern Mongolia which is a UNESCO World Heritage.
I would say that Beijing has the best sections of the Great Wall and is easily accessible by taking a short trip to either Mutianyu or Badaling. There is a cable car ride that will bring you up to the Great Wall which is an experience by itself.
