You know, one of the things I love most about the internet are the cosy little corners of it that you find. Twitter, Instagram and Facebook all fail to capture that feeling for me, but there is something deeply comforting about returning to the small channels on KZbin that you watched years ago, and finding they are still there, still producing videos. I remember finding your channel years ago posting tutorials for different ways to tie ties, and I just enjoyed the content. Life goes on, and 6 years later it feels like almost nothing is the same - it's nice to find the channel is still going and listening to you talk is just as enjoyable as it was then

I have eaten a lot of vegan food, but i do not feel full i do not feel like i get the energy i need to work. I do a lot of hard labour as a carpenter. And a lot of combat sports as long as there isnt a Corona pandemic going on. For me i feel a big difference in energy levels if i ate a salad with beans as only protein source or if i just simply put an egg in the salad aswell. If i have to work a whole day i need a lot of energy. I really like eating salad wraps, but when i do i lay on Heavy loads of my favourite dressing, creme fraiche mixed with pesto and usually feta cheese or fried haloumi. So no i am not vegan not vegetarian but i really like vegetables. On weekends when im not working i can eat vegetarian food and really enjoy it without feeling hungry and angry because im not full. :)

I would really encourage you to watch Game Changers on Netflix. It is a vegan documentary with a very strong focus on high performance athletes. The athletes in the documentary cite remarkable energy and recovery, not to mention highlight the negative and energy-sapping effects of animal products.

@Jake-Nicholas Eames That's definitely fair, but you can go vegetarian without doing that.

What i don't like about some vegan food it's the compulsion to imitate meat and meat based products. Not good as veggies and not good as meat.
@AlexKrasnyPrime4 жыл бұрын
That's fine not to like it. You don't need to eat any of that. However not everyone is ready to go from burgers to roasted cauliflower. A vegan burger can really go a long way to bridging the gap. Also, arguably many vegan "meat" products like chicken nuggets, burgers and hotdogs can taste nearly the same as meat except still provide much better nutrition and less harmful effects.
@DarkPock4 жыл бұрын
@@AlexKrasnyPrime If I don't like them, what is the chance that I would promote them, or that the people I know would like them? However I think a better way would be to promote the awesome vegan foods there are. But people are always afraid of something new, so I don't know, perhaps no.
@AlexKrasnyPrime4 жыл бұрын
@@DarkPock I encourage everyone to try to avoid eating meat in whatever way feels best for them. if that is swapping "fake meat" in for real meat perfect! If that eating more vegetables and grains that is totally awesome too.

Rice, Potatoes, Oatmeal, Pasta are some of the most affordable foods by calorie you can buy (and most people buy and eat all the time!) If you are looks SPECIFICALLY at meat substitutes I agree they are a bit expensive. But you don't need to buy those to thrive.
