Giving up all the good info. Summer time heat, a skulling paddle, sitting on the front of a jon boat. stealthy approach to the edge of a pad flat. "SHADE" You'd be shocked at what you catch dipping wacky worms or Texas rigged worms. Great tutorial Ike.

Excellent information. Great energy and well put together instructional vid on pads. You covered every aspect of fishing Lilly pads, from A to Z, and left nothing out. I learned a lot watching it. I always fish the pads and seem to lose more fish than I land. If I could get credit for Lilly blows ups I'd win every tournament, lol. I'm always looking for a way to get more hook sets and net more fish. Thank you for that insight, it was next level info.

Best vid ive seen in a WHILE. Thank you!!!! Super informative. I thought I knew pads. reinforced some things, learned several tips. Use to hate those dang pads. Always getting hung up. Then I learned to love them (when I caught several nice fish in there). I still have to walk out into the waist deep water once or twice a summer to retreive my fish when they get hopelessly tangled....so worth it. Be well Sir. Thanks again.

I’m 37 and have been fishing since I was old enough to walk. Fished several bass tournaments over the years as well, but haven’t ever seen or fished lily pads! I’m in central Georgia!

I have a lake by my house that’s covered in pads at least half the lake it’s wild. I know there are some hogs in there. I’ll be trying some of those tips and see if I can get some of them.

Lots of pads at Stockton University Mike! I use a stick bait Texas rigged but, I use them weightless. Anything else and they get hung up. They get hung up weightless too but, a lot less. I hop the stick bait across the pads until it gets to a hole. It falls through and bamm!

I Love pads and I HATE Pads. When Im fishing, using all the info according to IKE, I usually do pretty good. Been Hooking up non-stop here in NC. Now My girl is talking about "pads". We have a COMPLETELY different definition of Pads. I see hidden bass, ready to pounce. She sees week of hell. What am I doing wrong as a dumb fisherman IKE????
