I figured performing Suparinpei can be an effective alternative for meditation as well

I believe “Suparinpei” literally means “108”, and 108 is some kind of an important number in meditation and prayer. I think I have even heard some people refer to it as the kata of the universe or connection, so what you are saying can be very fitting!

@@humankudzu2456 Damn, finally someone with the same calling. Yeah, this needs further digging regarding the topic but so far the movements seem very convincing to me that it's one of the more "spiritual" kata, indeed!
