Alien X is a reality bending alien introduced in Ben 10 Alien Force. Now, the idea of Ben 10 scanning the alien is quite possible, however using a specific alien is surely a troublesome matter to deal with. If we're talking about Dragon Ball Z, Goku in his Super Saiyan 3 state should be close to or at least on par with Alien X because both have bending manipulation (Alien X = Reality Manipulation | Super Saiyan 3 = Dimensional Manipulation). In Dragon Ball Super, we know Goku is stronger than his Dragon Ball Z version, however Base Goku doesn't necessarily have a anything against Reality Bending foes (Of course if you are talking about CC or Xeno Goku, then that's a different story). It's stated that Goku in his Super Saiyan state is a 50x multiplier, though Toriyama stated in one of his dialogues that Super Saiyan multiplies the user to numbers immeasurable. Some won't take this to fact so I am also including the possibility of either Super Saiyan 3 or Super Saiyan God to be more than enough, since as stated Super Saiyan 3 has a form of Dimensional Manipulation and Super Saiyan God transcends all numeral understanding can easily destroy the Universe and probably more with just a few punches to the fabric of space-time, if you account Frieza's statement about his second form capable of destroying a Universe and Elder Kai's statement in Battle of Gods. Then again, no one knows until the creators of both official sources make a small interview.

​@@Slavery_since1800 Carnitrix aliens are far weaker than their Omnitrix counterparts. Omnitrix Alien X isn't comparable to current base Goku in the slightest. Using feats 2 years ago canonically and literally a decade ago in real time puts base Goku at High Multiversal at the VERY least. Once again this is only his base form and not even using any of the convoluted scales from guidebook statements and only using the first basic layer of DB's cosmology the basic idea of a Macrocosm being a Multiversal structure.
