One thing to mention.. Is that bardock still has his tail... You diddnt suggest cutting it or.. Rather.. He would unlock ssj4 before moving into divine ki as standard even tho it's not canon but neither is this story... You catch my drift... Ssj4 should be in it and surprise goku as he lost his tail before he ever saw such a thing. It would have made an amazing detail of this story

Why are so many of these stories full of stupid responses from old Saiyan to new generation Saiyan which substantially out class the old? I’m beginning to think script is from something like Chapt GPT. Bardock would not act like a smug warrior when another Saiyan in front of him out classes him in literally every single way to include breathing. He also base power is not even in the same galaxy close to Goku let alone Yamcha post Frieda saga. Neat idea but cliche poor approach to telling an actually good story. I normally don’t rip into a fan story this hard. There is mixing up subtle technical things and then there is blatant writing failures to which this story has catastrophic issues in both. I mean it’s your contents thing yea, go 100% and not generate clicks approach. Here is my point, Bardock seeing Frieza energy ball was freaking out. He wasn’t being all smug going Saiyan elitist. He knew doom was in that energy ball. Goku standing in front of him would be emitting that energy ball to a magnified degree. He would be in fear of what he yet could not fully sense. He might hold his rough warrior mentality but he isn’t going to chop into Goku saying stupid shit like you really are a Saiyan. You know the real Saiyan that were not even on the same scale of child Gohan or Cell saga humans. The one thing that does add up if magically time chamber broke and they didn’t age nor need food. Bardock could get on a level like Goku given the time. I’d wager there was enough time to match or double up Goku life.
