I'm pretty sure they translate it directly from the Japanese dub with some localization, so most of the dialogues that are in the Spanish dub is near the exact same as the Japanese dub.

I recommend the one that is in Mexican Spanish, because the one that is Spanish from Spain is horrible. In fact, in the video they made the mistake of putting the Spanish flag in the Spanish dubbing. Because that dubbing is what really appears to be from Mexico or Latin America, confirmed by Central America, South America, and North America only has Mexico, and Goku's voice in Spanish from Mexico It is by Mario Castañeda, a Mexican dubbing actor.

The Latin dub tries it's hardest to 1:1 the dialogue of the original where it can. Everyone else just tries to match the mouth flaps. Ironically the Japanese don't even try to match their own mouth flaps half the time, like in this instance for example

I think they're mostly just referring to the fact that Arabic Goku apparently used the term "Red Energy" to refer to the Kaioken, which is likely because of their strictness culturally about referencing other gods than their own, even in fiction (King Kai in this case). Could be wrong tho.
