Goku was also my first inspiration, getting me both into anime and then a few years later into lifting. Goku basically became the definition of what I consider as the "ideal male body". I then read Grappler Baki a few months after I started lifting as an adult, and that quickly became my favorite manga of all time.

32 I feel ya but I am getting back to fighting tbh Baki and Dbz have been Lighting that fire in me again. And THANK GOD my Health after 14 surgeries is finally gotten so much better I feel strong almost 4 years back to working out and Thank GOD FOR THE FIRS TIME IN YEARS I GOT to workout LEGGGS Today I can barely walk already Love it again. I went super light but got some reps its crazy I bench almost 400lbs but freaking 100lbs felt some what Heavy today not like crazy but man I ve got weak haha. My Walk this evening after legs was crazy I was Shaking the entire walk haha.

I guess putting on mass is easier than lean mass. Lean mass seems like it takes a lot longer because of the density difference. Is that right Logan? This is why I think John Cena was so strong. He was 250lbs of Lean mass. Every time I tried to put on mass I bulked up pretty quick but when I tried to shred it, and tone I lost mass in trade to be make it leaner and more dense. It can be frustrating.
