Set a go parameter. Watch one episode of baki, then go to gym. Then it's just making it a habit

Ideal is to find someone you can workout with and who can help you learn the basics. Ask some friends if they go to gym and if they wouldn't mind helping you out there. Although you can do things alone, you have to be very disciplined to keep going even if you start. Other than that, few friends went to the gym the moment they spend money on membership, since they didn't want the money to go to waste, so I imagine that might help too (I don't know, I always worked out at home).
