Oh, about Goku's roar, it is a throwback to Dragon Ball Z. When Goku first transformed into Super Saiyan, in the original dub, there was a roar. It happened also with Gohan achieving SSJ2. Back in the day it was made by a voice actor, i think that today it is edited on a computer.

It happens in the Japanese dub when Goku has a massive powerup. It happened in Dragon Ball when he killed Piccolo, it happened against Vegeta in DBZ, again when he went Super Saiyan for the first time and when he went SSJ3. Gohan also did it when he went SSJ2 vs Cell.
