I just thought of something, 10:40 goku was on an angel level but had to go down to a level that his body was able to withstand he just hakai that energy without using hakai energy plus he was on super saiyan form before he went back to base form just because his body wasn't ready for such amount of power, thats the reason he was glowing like that, thats true angel form goku, but will we ever see that come back.
