Superman wins. They didn’t even touch on a lot of Superman’s abilities. Superman knows magic, has tactile telekinesis, 4D vision, and with one leap into a Quasar or white star, his amps become permanent and he gains new abilities: Telepathy, Teleportation, Size manipulation, Astral projection, Time manipulation, etc… And since concepts like space, time and weight, temperature, distance are all meaningless to him, he’d be able to sundip galaxies away and still be present in the fight at the same time. The gap is immense and infinite, there is no universe where Goku wins.

Goku did not defeat Jiren or even (Super) Broly by himself. Even Goku's Ultra Instinct has physical limitations. Superman's strength is pretty much Goku's goal. There's no stronger character in fiction (that I know of) that's stronger than Superman.
