Goku's base power level is 8,000. Then X2 due to Kaioken. Making it 16,000. Vegeta's full power is 18,000. So Goku used Kaioken X3 to triple his base. Making him 24,000.

@cokeysmurf2436 Because 8,000 is stripped directly from the manga. Another words, it was a mistranslation. Even though 9,000 sounds better.

Sayians are placed in classes depending on their fighting potential/power level after birth. In other words, Vegeta was born strong because of his father's genes. Who had a power level of 10,000 pre Planet Vegeta's destruction.

I didn't think it was a spoiler since it was more of an observation, I brought it up because no one in the show ever acknowledges it. The reason no one brings it up could be that Toriyama's art style changes over time(the meta reason), he just gets better at drawing muscles. My personal head-cannon is that the different training regimens the characters undergo affect their physiques much like in real life. For example, Goku looks a lot bigger after training in 10x gravity.

Sorry to correct but the reason Vegeta's colours are different in the original dbz (Japanese Included) is because they were black and white and Toriyama never defined the colours for him

Can i say something of course it's your choice whatever you watch i mean react to and upload here but i will say this fight you are watching goku vs vegeta episode 13 dragon ball kai this is way early because In the original show Dragon Ball Z it was made before this kai so yeah it's not this much fast paced but it don't feels slow to me so main thing is this same fight in dragon ball z happened at episode 30

Have they cut some scenes in kai why is everything happening so fast guys i have not seen kai i watched the original show Dragon Ball Z i don't watch remakes i have seen all entirety of Dragon ball franchise all the series movies that are cannon and that are good except gt i tried watching it but it's not for me currently watching daima and it's so better then gt i don't know why people calling gt 2.0 it's not even related to gt it's a separate storyline
