Ingredients :
Rice flour 750 grams or 3 paav
Chiroti rava 125 grams or half paav
Maida 125 grams or half paav
For Mixie
Roasted Bengal grams 125 grams or half paav
Chillies of Chikkaballapura 30 grams
Ground nuts 200 grams or 3/4 paav (half grinded)
Dry grated Coconut 1 Gottaka
Salt to taste
Hot Oil 200 ml
Use adequate water to make it like chapathi dough
And fry it to Golden brown color as shown to make a crispy NIPPATTU.
We were very lucky to have this Gokulashtami recipe on time by Smt Ahalya Bai of Srirampura.
She was as usual with great zeal and enthusiasm like a teenager in displaying her expertise in creating crispy and crunchy NIPPATTU.
